A solicitud escrita de uno o varios inversionistas precalificados o a iniciativa propia, el Fondo, con la participación del representante legal de la respectiva entidad y de su revisor fiscal, podrá hacer aclaraciones de la información financiera, comercial y administrativa suministrada para efectos de presentar propuestas.
