Artículo cuarto. Adscríbense al Tesorero Municipal de Mompós, las funciones de Tesorero de la Junta Pro-Damnificados, quien deberá asegurar el manejo de estos fondos mediante la constitución de la respectiva fianza, o la ampliación de la que tenga otorgada, según fuere el caso, y quien girará sobre la cantidad destinada en el artículo 1°, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que sobre el particular señale la Contraloría General de la República.
