Adicionar un numeral al artículo 320 el cual quedará así:

"12. Para un mejor cumplimiento de sus funciones, el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras podrá concurrir a la constitución o participar como asociado o afiliado de la Asociación Internacional de Aseguradores de Depósitos (International Association of Deposit Insurers), el organismo que haga sus veces o a las asociaciones internacionales que agrupen entidades que desarrollen funciones similares a las del Fondo."
