Orden de convocatoria por la Superintendencia de Sociedades. Los interesados podrán solicitar a la Superintendencia de Sociedades que ordene a los obligados a realizar una convocatoria del máximo órgano social o hacerla directamente, cuando las sociedades no se encuentren sometidas a la supervisión de otra Entidad que cuente con la facultad de ordenar o convocar la reunión del máximo órgano social. Para estos efectos, se aplicarán las siguientes reglas:
