Reserva de Segunda Clase de Suboficiales del Ejército. La reserva de segunda clase de Suboficiales del Ejército está constituida por los profesionales sin título universitario, empleados técnicos y trabajadores que, en caso de movilización, puedan ser aprovechados por el Ejército en calidad de Suboficiales del Cuerpo Administrativo, siempre que tengan menos de sesenta (60) años de edad y sean sicofísicamente aptos.
