ARTICULO 125 . CURSO PARA EXTRANJEROS. Podrán adelantar el curso para oficiales, suboficiales o dragoneantes en la Escuela Penitenciaria Nacional, los nacionales de otros países que sean destinados por los respectivos gobiernos previo convenio con el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho y aceptados por el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, a quienes se les conferirá el grado honorario que obtengan en el curso respectivo.
