ARTICULO 1.8.2.0.1 . AMBITO DE APLICACION. Por las disposiciones de este título se regirá el procedimiento administrativo de toma de posesión de los bienes, haberes y negocios de una institución vigilada por la Superintendencia Bancaria y de la liquidación rápida y progresiva de las operaciones financieras realizadas ilegalmente, así como el adelantamiento por el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras de los respectivos procesos liquidatorios. En los casos de toma de posesión de instituciones que tengan por objeto la realización de negocios fiduciarios, la liquidación de cada uno de los patrimonios autónomos se regirá también por las disposiciones de este título.
