El Superintendente del Subsidio Familiar podrá ordenar la convocatoria a reunión extraordinaria de la Asamblea General de una Caja de Compensación Familiar cuando no se hubiere reunido en las oportunidades legales o estatutarias o cuando se hubieren cometido irregularidades graves en el manejo de la Caja que deban ser conocidas y subsanadas por la Asamblea.
