Los Síndicos de Lazaretos pueden apremiar a los Subsíndicos que no rindan sus cuentas oportunamente, con multas hasta de cinco pesos ($5) y los Subsíndicos a los Agentes Municipales hasta de dos pesos ($2). Multas que una vez impuestas y efectivas harán parte de la renta de ingresos varios, previo reconocimiento a favor del Tesoro.
