El síndico deberá manifestar al juzgado su aceptación o excusa dentro de las veinticuatro horas siguientes a la comunicación de su nombramiento, y si no lo hiciere, se entenderá que rechaza. Al tomar posesión jurará cumplir bien y fielmente sus funciones y que no se halla impedido o inhabilitado para ejercer el cargo. El auto que designe el síndico no admite apelación.
