Sustitúyase el artículo 57 de la Ley 84 de 1989 el cual quedará así:
Artículo 57 . En los asuntos procedimentales no previstos en este capítulo, se aplicarán las disposiciones de la Ley 1801 de 2016 , la Ley 1437 de 2011 y el Código General del Proceso.
