Art. 47. La cancelación de una matrícula consiste en la atestación puesta por el Secretario y firmada además por el Rector, de que han cesado las obligaciones contraídas por el alumno, con expresión del motivo. Si el curso hubiere sido ganado, debe expresarse la calificación obtenida por el alumno, y hacerse la recomendación á que hubiere lugar. CAPITULO XIII materias de enseñanza
