º . Cobertura. En aplicación de los principios de eficiencia, universalidad, solidaridad, integralidad, unidad y participación, las Cajas de Compensación Familiar que ofrezcan los servicios a las Cooperativas y Precooperativas de Trabajo Asociado, deberán prever los mecanismos necesarios para garantizar la prestación de los mismos a nivel nacional; en aquellos casos en los que las Cajas de Compensación Familiar no se hayan ajustado para ofrecer sus servicios a nivel nacional, no podrán afiliar Cooperativas ni Precooperativas de Trabajo Asociado que tengan sedes en diferentes departamentos.
