Certificado de integración. Para los efectos previstos en el numeral 1 del artículo anterior, el Usuario Operador expedirá el certificado de integración de las materias primas e insumos nacionales y extranjeros utilizados en el respectivo proceso. Dicho certificado constituirá documento soporte de la Declaración de Importación.
