El artículo 772, quedara así:

Las letras a termino serán cubiertas el día de su vencimiento, antes deponerse el sol.

Pero si el día del vencimiento fuere festivo, la letra deberá ser pagada el siguiente o protestada dentro de los quince días siguientes.
