El ministerio de Salud pública llevará un registro de fármaco -dependientes, el cual contendrá todo aquellos datos necesarios para apreciar, en cualquier momento la progresión de este fenómeno en el territorio nacional. El registro será confidencial y únicamente se utilizarán los datos en él contenidos para impedir el tráfico ilícito.
