º La retención en la fuente sobre las ganancias ocasionales provenientes de loterías, rifas, apuestas y similares será del veinte por ciento (20%) del respectivo pago o abono en cuenta. En el caso de las loterías no se hará retención cuando el pago o abono en cuenta sea inferior a treinta mil pesos ( $30.000).
