El territorio de la Intendencia Especial, estará constituída por las Islas de San Andrés y Providencia, Santa Catalina y demás islas, islotes, cayos y arrecifes que configuran la actual Intendencia de San Andrés y Providencia. Su capital será la ciudad de San Andrés.
