Artículo quinto . Los funcionarios y técnicos contratados del Banco, que no sean de nacionalidad colombiana, estarán exentos de todo impuesto sobre sueldos, emolumentos e indemnizaciones pagadas por el Banco, y además de cualquier impuesto sobre rentas procedentes de fuera de Colombia.
