Autorízase al Director del Cuerpo para introducir en el Reglamento general de la Policía las reformas que estime convenientes, las cuales deberá someter a la aprobación del Ministerio de Gobierno. Este Decreto empezará a regir desde el 1º del próximo mes de Febrero. Comuníquese y publíquese. Dado en Sopó, (Departamento de Cundinamarca), a 21 de Enero de 1896. M. A. CARO.
