Para la Administración prevista en el artículo 10 del presente decreto, cuando se trate de los contingentes estacionales previstos en los artículos 1°, 2°, 5° y 6°, el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, remitirá a la DIAN la información relacionada con la estacionalidad de la cosecha nacional, a fin de administrar los contingentes mencionados.
