ARTICULO 112 . CONCURRENCIA DE COMPETENCIAS. Cuando se presente concurrencia de competencia entre falladores, por haberse cometido la falta por personal perteneciente a diferentes unidades u organismos policiales, será competente para investigar y sancionar el superior con atribuciones disciplinarias comunes a todos ellos.

Parágrafo

Cuando existan dudas sobre la autoridad que deba asumir la investigación disciplinaria, el Director General de la Policía Nacional la designará mediante auto motivado contra el cual no procede recurso alguno.
