ARTICULO 14. DEL APLAZAMIENTO DE LAS VACACIONES. Las autoridades facultadas para conceder vacaciones podrán aplazarlas por necesidades del servicio. El aplazamiento se decretará por resolución motivada. Todo aplazamiento de vacaciones se hará constar en la respectiva hoja de vida del funcionario o trabajador.
