Denominación de los actos que expida el Gerente . Los actos o Decisiones que tome el Gerente General en ejercicio de cualquiera de las funciones a él asignadas por Ministerio de la ley, los presentes Estatutos o acuerdos posteriores de la Junta Directiva, se denominaran "resoluciones", y se numerarán sucesivamente con indicación del día, mes y año en que se expidan.
