Nacionalízanse los siguientes Colegios de Educación Básica y Media Vocacional en el Departamento del Huila:

Colegio Bachillerato Cooperativo El Rosario en el Municipio de Tesalia.

Colegio Bachillerato José Acevedo y Gómez Municipio de Acevedo.

Colegio Roberto Suaza Martínez del Municipio del Hobo.

Colegio Gabriel Plazas del Municipio de Villavieja.

Colegio San Lorenzo del Municipio de Suaza.

Colegio Juan XXIII Municipio de Algeciras.

Colegio Cooperativo San José Municipio de Oporapa.
