Artículo único. apruebase en todas sus partes el decreto numero 115.de 1895, expedido con fecha29 de enero por el gobernador del departamento del cauca, en el cual se faculta al banco del estado para emitir y poner en circulación la suma de setenta y cinco mil pesos en billetes del mismo banco.
