ART 260. Los Jueces de Circuito y de Distrito municipal darán cumplimiento á lo que dispone el artículo 1147 del Código Judicial (1237, edición de 1887), cuando de cualquier modo lleguen á su noticia los hechos de que trata el mismo artículo, sin que sea necesario que preceda denuncio del Agente del Ministerio público.
