Obligaciones

Decreto 176 de 2001 · por el cual se establecen las obligaciones de las Empresas de Transporte Público Terrestre Automotor, se determina el régimen de sanciones y se dictan otras disposiciones.

º. Obligaciones . Son obligaciones de las empresas de transporte público terrestre automotor mixto, además de las establecidas en el artículo 2º del presente decreto, las siguientes

Cumplir todas las condiciones del servicio registrado.

Mantener vigentes las pólizas o garantías exigidas para la prestación de los servicios registrados.

Las demás que por su naturaleza les exija la ley y sus reglamentos. CAPITULO III Servicio público de transporte terrestre automotor colectivo metropolitano, distrital y/o municipal de pasajeros
