Deberá anotarse diariamente la cantidad gastada de sustancias venenosas, peligrosas que se guardan en armarios, así como las que queden restantes; las que sean despachadas deben ser anotadas en el registro según la causa que haya ocasionado el gasto, sea para el despacho o para fórmulas, e indicar en el registro el nombre del facultativo y el número de la fórmula que lo ocasionó.
