ARTICULO 142. Ejecución presupuestal . Los acuerdos de ordenación de gastos tendrán la periodicidad que el alcalde mayor determine. Las modificaciones al presupuesto que fuere necesario ordenar se decretarán de acuerdo con las normas que expida el concejo en desarrollo de la ley orgánica sobre la materia. Si en dichas normas se dispusiere la participación de la comisión de presupuesto del concejo, ésta deberá emitir su concepto o dictamen dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha de la presentación de la solicitud por parte de la administración. Si no lo hiciere, ésta tomará la decisión correspondiente.
