° Cuando conforme á lo previsto en el artículo anterior se promovieren juicios ó diligencias judiciales en que estuviere interesado algún enfermo de un lazareto, el Juez del conocimiento dispondrá la citación del Sindico ó de su agente para que se haga parte en representación del enfermo demandante ó demandado, si éste no hubiere conferido poder anteriormente.
