° Los enfermos aislados en los lazaretos de la República que no constituyeren apoderados, judiciales serán representados por los Síndicos de los lazaretos respectivos ó por los agentes de éstos, llegado el caso, según el lugar en que se hubiere de promover ó ventilar el juicio.
