Artículo tercero. De la decisión de gastos: Las decisiones sobre los gastos de Bienestar. Social deben ser estudiadas, acordadas y aprobadas conjuntamente por los miembros; del Comité de Bienestar Social y deben responder a una programación de actividades con base en la prioridad de necesidades detectadas. Cualquier decisión que tome el Comité debe quedar consignada en el Acta de la respectiva reunión e n que se aprueba.
