ratifícalo dispuesto en la Circular número 308 de septiembre 25 de 1978 que establece la reserva mínima del 5% del valor de la nómina de cada Servicio Seccional de Salud con destino al rubro de Bienestar Social; Que la Circular número 098 de agosto de 1979 ofrece pautas pira él cháñelo del presupuesto asignado al programa, de Bienestar Social en cada uno de los Servicios Seccionales de Salud, y Qué con todos en la investigación realizada mediante encuesta al personal de los Servicios Seccionales de Salud, se ha establecido la escala de prioridad de necesidades, de Bienestar Social, resuelve:
