Sujeción al régimen. Por el hecho de solicitar el servicio de acueducto y alcantarillado, el usuario acepta las condiciones establecidas en el reglamento. La entidad deberá informar al usuario, al momento de recibir el formulario de solicitud del servicio, sobre las condiciones del mismo.
