La imposición de sanciones y el pago de las demás cargas pecuniarias no releva a quien infrinja las regulaciones sobre la materia de la ejecución de las obras necesarias para el control de los vertimientos, conforme a las disposiciones del presente Decreto o a las normas que se expidan con tal propósito.
