Suspensión del servicio por descargas accidentales. En el evento de descargas accidentales la entidad, si lo considera necesario, podrá suspender el servicio de acueducto o de alcantarillado con el fin de proteger a la comunidad, a la red de alcantarillado, al sistema de tratamiento de aguas residuales y a las corrientes superficiales de vertimientos realizados sin control y podrá exigir el pago de los gastos y costos que se le hayan ocasionado.
