Tratamiento de los vertimientos. La entidad podrá exigir a los usuarios especiales el tratamiento de sus residuos, o encargarse directamente de dicho tratamiento. La prestación del servicio de tratamiento de aguas residuales que efectúe la entidad estará sujeta al cobro de una tarifa fijada por la Junta Nacional de Tarifas de Servicios Públicos.
