Los procedimientos de laboratorios que deberán aplicarse para el análisis de las muestras serán los consignados en el Decreto 1594 de 1984 y las normas que lo sustituyan, modifiquen o adicionen. Los laboratorios que ejecuten la caracterización de las aguas residuales deberán estar registrados ante el Ministerio de Salud o su entidad delegada.
