Instalación de hidrantes públicos. Los hidrantes públicos serán instalados oficiosamente por la entidad o a solicitud de interesadas. Es potestativo de la entidad señalar la ubicación, especificaciones y forma de conexión de los hidrantes públicos. Cuando un suscriptor o usuario solicite la instalación de un hidrante público, los costos de las obras requeridas correrán por su cuenta.
