Uso de las pilas públicas. Toda la comunidad podrá tener acceso a las pilas públicas y sacar de ellas agua para sus consumos domésticos. Nadie podrá prohibir el acceso a las pilas de uso público. No se podrán hacer derivaciones de la tubería de alimentación de una pila pública.
