Solicitudes del servicio. A solicitud de la respectiva junta de acción comunal o entidad asociativa, la entidad instalará pilas públicas para atender las necesidades de zonas urbanas de muy bajos ingresos, sin urbanizador responsable y distantes de una red local de acueducto.
