Cambio de destinación de un inmueble. Cuando un inmueble cambie de destinación, el suscriptor deberá pagar un ajuste por concepto de tarifa de conexión, el cual se estimará con base en la diferencia entre la tarifa vigente para el nuevo servicio y el servicio antiguo. Si en el inmueble se aumenta el número de unidades habitacionales, oficinas o locales, quedando éstos independientes, el suscriptor pagará por cada uno de ellos la tarifa de conexión correspondiente.
