Responsable del pago. El propietario del predio será el responsable de las obligaciones que, frente a la entidad, se generen como consecuencia del servicio prestado a dicho inmueble. En el evento de que el predio que recibe el servicio no tenga la titulación saneada, responderá de las obligaciones el poseedor actual del mismo. SECCION SEGUNDA. SOLICITUDES, RECLAMACIONES Y QUEJAS.
