La utilización del servicio. El usuario deberá hacer buen uso del servicio de modo que no genere riesgos excepcionales o se constituya en una carga injustificada para la entidad o los demás miembros de la comunidad. Todo usuario está en la obligación de facilitar la lectura de los medidores.
