Facturación con tarifas no autorizadas. Cuando la entidad le cobre a un usuario valores que excedan de lo autorizado en las resoluciones de la Junta Nacional de Tarifas de Servicios Públicos, la entidad abonará o reembolsará el monto total de los valores pagados en exceso, reconociendo sobre dichas sumas un interés equivalente a la tasa de interés para préstamos ordinarios de la banca nacional, vigente en el momento de la liquidación, certificada por la Superintendencia Bancaria.
