Omisiones en la facturación. La entidad no podrá cobrar valores omitidos por error en la facturación cuando éstos tengan más de seis (6) meses de antigüedad; así mismo, si la entidad ha omitido registrar una acometida autorizada, no podrá cobrar recargos, moras ni cargas distintas del valor del consumo y, en todo caso, el cobro por consumo no podrá ser superior a un (1) año.
