Envío y entrega de las facturas. La entidad enviará oportunamente las facturas a la dirección registrada del inmueble. En las localidades, zonas o lugares en donde no se puedan despachar las facturas directamente al domicilio de los usuarios, la entidad les informará con anticipación para que las reclamen en los lugares destinados para el efecto. En caso de no recibirse, perderse o extraviarse la factura, el usuario deberá solicitar un duplicado. El hecho de no recibir la factura no libera al usuario de su obligación de atender su pago.
