Facturación del consumo a través de hidrantes. El consumo realizado a través de la red interna de hidrantes del inmueble no dará lugar a cobro alguno cuando se demuestre que el agua fue utilizada para apagar incendios. En caso contrario, el consumo registrado en el medidor de la red interna de hidrantes del inmueble se liquidará con base en las tarifas autorizadas para servicio comercial.
