Reglas sobre la factura. En la factura no se podrán incluir valores que no estén directamente relacionados con la prestación del servicio, salvo los otros servicios públicos domiciliarios, o los expresamente autorizados conforme a la ley. La entidad no podrá efectuar cobros por concepto de papelería, duplicados de facturas, certificaciones, cambios de nomenclatura y en general ningún concepto no autorizado expresamente por la Junta Nacional de Tarifas de Servicios Públicos.
